The Town of Rosalia's Library is one branch of the 13 branches of the Whitman County Library system. This allows Rosalia residents access to a huge circulation of books, videos, DVD's, and other reference guides. Also, Whitman County received a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This grant supplied a computer and high speed internet access for the Town's library which can be used by any resident with a library card.
